Initial AAC Tech Consultation
The purpose of an initial AAC consultation session is to establish recommendations for an initial AAC system. This type of session is appropriate for a learner who is not actively using AAC tools, or for a learner who is in need of a a new AAC system. This session is conducted online through a secure platform. Initial consultations are scheduled for a total of 90 minutes and are tailored to the needs of each child, family and/or requesting provider. On-site evaluations are available with reimbursement for time and travel.

AAC Program Review
The purpose of an AAC Program Review session is to establish recommendations to refine an existing AAC system and learning program. This type of session is appropriate for a learner who is already actively using AAC tools, but guidance is needed to support more effective use of AAC tools. The session is conducted online through a secure platform. AAC Program Consultations are scheduled for a total of 60 minutes and are tailored to the needs of each child, family and/or requesting provider. On-site consultations are available with reimbursement for time and travel.

I Want to Gain Skills as a Parent & Partner
AAC Coaching Session
Following an Initial AAC Tech Consultation, or an AAC Program Review, families can connect for coaching sessions to obtain further training and guidance using AAC tools and strategies. Coaching sessions are conducted online through a secure platform, or by phone if preferred. Coaching sessions are tailored to an individualized plan developed by the coach with the family. Session length varies based on needs and availability. On-site sessions are available with reimbursement for time and travel. Consider a coaching package over a single coaching session for more comprehensive care at a reduced fee. During coaching sessions, it is not required that the AAC learner be present, although he/she is welcome to accompany the caregiver when desired.

I’m Looking for Online Learning for My Child
1:1 Tutoring for AAC Learners
Families who are currently participating in an AAC Coaching subscription with us are eligible to enroll their AAC learner in 1:1 online tutoring sessions aimed at teaching children with complex communication needs developmental skills related to connecting and communicating with AAC. Sessions are individualized to each child’s developmental stage and family goals.
